By managing operations for the Madison location, Ralph oversees delivery of planned facilities maintenance agreements, energy efficiency upgrades, and repairs and equipment replacements, and ensures that our clients’ mechanical systems are operating at peak performance levels. In addition to overseeing field, sales, billing and operations personnel, he handles recruitment and hiring, field technicians’ technical training and assistance, and the service group’s budgeting and strategic planning activities. The result is responsive, high-quality building maintenance solutions that help clients meet today’s energy management and other facilities challenges, while ensuring long-term value.

 

Mechanical Services Expertise

Ralph is a building trades journeyman steamfitter with 35 years of mechanical contracting experience, which he puts to good use as contractors’ representative on Local 601’s joint apprenticeship committee.

 

The Personal Side

In addition to spending time with his wife, Jeannie, and their two sons, Ralph enjoys golf, walking, fishing and traveling.
