(NYSE: EME) announced that it has combined its subsidiaries Illingworth Corp. and Kilgust Mechanical, Inc., with 115 years total experience, to provide, throughout the state of Wisconsin, comprehensive, leading-edge HVAC and mechanical systems solutions, including the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of high-performance mechanical systems. Illingworth-Kilgust Mechanical offices are located in Milwaukee and Madison, WI.
