Service Operations Manager
As a Service Operations Manager, Scott is responsible for the management, development, and growth of Illingworth-Kilgust’s Milwaukee, Madison, and southern Wisconsin regions.
Scott has a team-driven management approach, which leverages a team of exceptional personnel and equips them with cutting-edge technology in order to deliver clients outstanding projects. His proven record of excellence in customer service has promoted the continued success of Illingworth-Kilgust’s business.
Throughout his three-decade career, Scott has built extensive business and operational management expertise, working with multiple industry-leading companies. He has designed micro and macro operational strategies for hospital, industrial, and commercial customers that have helped them reduce spend and enhance energy savings.
A testament to his deep industry knowledge, Scott has presented keynotes on advanced facility management strategies and power analysis techniques and acted as a consultant for critical data center environments.
Scott holds a master’s degree in management from Cardinal Stritch University. Additionally, he was the 2010 recipient of the Johnson Controls Corporate award for innovation.
